Everything you see here runs on physical hardware in my studio apartment. The rack, the network, the storage — all built and hosted by me. This dashboard is a live application served from THALES (thay-leez), my homelab: a Proxmox cluster running Kubernetes on Talos Linux, deployed through a fully automated GitOps pipeline, and exposed to the internet via a Cloudflare Tunnel.
